We use DHL and Schenker in the nordic countries
How much does the shipping cost?
We usually offer free shipping, but it depends on the specific country.
When will I receive my goods?
You will usually receive your goods within 2-3 working days after you place your order. We usually ship the same day you order. If you order late in the day, we will ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next regular business day.

Thunder Fitness is operated by the Swedish company SilverPark Media AB org.nr: 559178-3468.
Can I buy as a company on invoice?
Yes, we can solve this manually, please contact us at kundservice@thunderfitness.com Please indicate which items you want to buy and the invoicing and delivery details.
Do you have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, when purchasing goods from Thunder Fitness you as a customer have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal which applies from the date of receipt of an item you have ordered. You can read more about our right of withdrawal here.
How do I return an item?
Any faults or defects should always be complained to kundservice@thunderfitness.com stating your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the fault. You can read more about making a complaint here.
Returns and exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please contact us at kundservice@thunderfitness.com and include your order number. You will then receive a return waybill via email which you print out.
Where is your logistics warehouse?
Thunder Fitness has its logistics warehouse in Älvsered in southern Sweden, which is operated by DPC 3PL Solutions, a subsidiary of Älvsereds Logistik AB org.nr: 556776-2363.
