A 10 kg weighted vest made of durable material for tough use.
Double Velcro straps for optimal fit and stability. The vest has removable weight bags that allow you to easily vary the weight between 1-10 kg. In total there are 38 bags weighing approximately 250 grams each.
It fits best on people over 178 cm. If you are shorter, we recommend buying the identical but smaller version, click here to access it.
Cleaning: we recommend hand washing, but it can be machine washed at 40 degrees as well. The only risk is that the foam rubber material around the weight bags will wear out faster then. Always take out all the weight bags when washing.

Had intended to use it for running training. But it ended quite long down at the lower back and the lowest weights rested against the lower back. I chose the smaller size Small/10kg for running. however, the weights are smaller on this size "normal/10kg" which makes it feel good against the body, compared to the smaller "small/10 kg" I use it for walks in hilly environments, and it works perfectly. I am 178 cm by the way. The weights are easy to take in and out, but not something you want to do often. It’s a bit tricky after all. From that I bought a vest "small/10 kg" to running and a "normal" for hiking.

Starting with a fully charged vest of 10 kg is something I advise against, especially if you run terrain, I recommend starting with 5kg so as not to risk damage. The vest as such sits really well on the body and does not adversely affect running, in any way, on the contrary.

At a couple of times use with interval training; start-stop and jump-up with weight vest has caused the seams on the outer layers to come loose. Not affected the function of the vest yet. But a hint that use is not suitable for rapid movements ..
