A 10 kg weighted vest made of durable material for tough use.
Double Velcro straps for optimal fit and stability. The vest has removable weight bags that allow you to easily vary the weight between 1-10 kg. In total there are 26 bags weighing approximately 370 grams each.
It fits best on people under 178 cm. If you are longer, we recommend buying the identical but bigger version, click here to access it.
Cleaning: we recommend hand washing, but it can be machine washed at 40 degrees as well. The only risk is that the foam rubber material around the weight bags will wear out faster then. Always take out all the weight bags when washing.

Super easy to eat out small sandbags to reduce or increase the weight and easy to tighten so that it fits snugly around the body. have mostly used it for longer walks and forest walks, but the goal is to use it during running sessions. The only downside is that two of the small sandbags squeeze quite hard against the breasts – solved it by just taking them out.

The vest is as cast (me: size 38, 168 long, about 64 kg). Easy to adjust the weight and fit around the body. I powerwalk with mine, right now at about 4-5 kg and after a month or so I have felt a significant difference between buttocks / thighs and burning. Am super happy and can really recommend it!

Chose this vest when I read that the fit was good on slightly smaller bodies / female bodies. I was therefore surprised that it felt slightly over the shoulders and neckline and long (chafing a little on the hip). I am 168 cm with a fairly long back, weighs around 65. A typical medium / size 38 I would say. If you’re more petite, this one is definitely great. Anyway, I’m happy with my purchase! Perfect to be able to modify weight with the small bags and sits pretty tight with the help of the velcro belt. Gets very sweaty but it is probably inevitable, no matter what vest.

My angle is that I have a profession where I go at least 10k steps a day and bought this to have at work.
This is what I noticed during my use of the vest.
It makes me naturally have a much better posture. Standing as sitting.
I feel completely immune to stress. My guess is that the vest gives the same effect as a weight blanket.
It is not visible under a larger sweater or shirt. So it does not look like I have a bulletproof vest on me.
Extra info. I’m 170 and it goes down to a few cm above the navel

Super happy with my purchase of the vest, it is very flexible. I am 168cm tall and weigh about 58kg. The only reason why it will not be 5 stars is that the velcro strap itself would have liked to be a little shorter. I have a narrow waist so when I tighten it there is a lot of band left over.
