What are wrist wraps?

You should buy a good quality pair of wrist wraps that provide good support. Often longer wraps are better than shorter ones. The wrist wraps that are around 30 cm (12 inches) are often considered a bit inadequate. It is better to go for wraps that are around 45-60 cm (18-24 inches).
