With our standing punching bag, you don't need to drill or screw. Get started quick and easy with boxing training at home!

For long-term use, we recommend filling with sand. It can be bought at hardware stores and the like.
TO THINK ABOUT: The punching bag is delivered in two packages that you collect from an agent. (Alternatively, you can buy for home delivery). You will therefore receive two notices about collecting the packages. Depending on how quickly the agent registers the packages, it can take up to a few hours between the notices. The packages are quite large and unwieldy so it is recommended to be two people if you have to carry them home on foot. If you are strong and persistent, you can take them yourself, but it is difficult.

I’m sorry you had to wait so long for your punching bag! We sent both packages out of our warehouse, but then the shipping company (Schenker) lost one package. I spoke to Schenker about this the first time on 4/30 and it seems it should have been found and delivered by now. In the worst case we will of course send out a new package, but now it seems that Schenker found the package shortly after I asked them to investigate.
Unfortunately, it is out of our control when the shipping companies mess up ðŸ™

Thanks for your review and glad you like the bag. If you fill with sand, it can be easier to use a funnel. But can easily make your own by turning a 1.5 liter pet bottle upside down and cutting open the bottom. It is also an advantage if you have dry sand, which flows more easily.

Thank you for your review. Yes, it is less stable with water and we recommend filling with sand. However, I do not agree that it trills with just water. I’ve tested it about half full of water and I was able to hit it hard and a lot without it tipping over.
If you want to hit hard, the "trick" is that you do exactly as with a hanging sack. You hit a few punches and wait for it to swing back and then hit again, the kinetic energy means that you can hit almost as hard as you like without it tipping over.
If you instead deliver hard blows in a continuous sequence, you can succeed in getting it to topple if you are reasonably strong and good at boxing. But as I said, we recommend filling with sand if you want it to be as stable as possible.
