A Pull up Bar that can easily be mounted on a door frame without screwing or tampering.
It fits in most common types of door frames/doorways with a maximum width of up to about 90 cm. The doorway must also not have an abnormally thick depth of more than about 15 cm.
Recommended maximum user weight: 100 kg. The bar may bend slightly and sag the closer to the maximum weight limit you are. But this does not affect the function.
Please note that there may be some marks on the sides of the door opening. This applies to all types of similar Pull up Bar's regardless of manufacturer and it is unavoidable. Whether there will be marks or not depends on how much you weigh, the nature of your doorway, the material and colour. To minimize and avoid this impact, you can put a sock or similar between the bar and the doorway on the right and left side.
The instruction manual is included but you can also download it digitally here. Note: The digital manual is updated July 2021 so it is more accurate. The included manual has some small visual errors.

Very good. To protect the door lining, I bought insulation hose that is attached around the heat pipe and fixed this with cable ties.

Good bar for the home.
Required some work to screw it together. When it hangs, it sits like a rock and has several different grip variants.
The only negative was that it could only sit on a doorway at home when the others had too thin walls so it did not tighten properly, can be good to think about, would be good if it was kind of adjustable for this.
