Size guide:

The size is one-size, that is, it offsets how big or small your hands are. However, you can choose to buy them either in the 10 oz or 12 oz weight.

• 10 oz: This is the most common weight for competition. But they can also be used for training on a punching bag or mitts.
• 12 oz: You should choose these if you are sparring. But they are also good for training on a punching bag/mitts.

The heavier you are, the heavier gloves you should buy. For example, if you weigh over 80 kg, you should always choose our 12 oz gloves.
