With our standing punching bag, you don't need to drill or screw at home. Just fill the base with sand or water and start hitting!

The boxing gloves are made of high-quality and durable PU material. They come in 10 oz and 12 oz sizes.

The boxing wraps are 4,5 m long and 5 cm wide. They are stiff and made of 100% cotton.

Advantages of our standing bag:

• You don't need to drill, screw or otherwise do damage to your home
• The bag can be moved without having to work with suspension etc. needs to be repeated

The punching bag is delivered complete with padding, so you don't need to do anything there. It is the base that you then need to fill with either water or sand.

For long-term use, we recommend filling with sand. It can be bought at hardware stores and similar.

NOTE: This set is delivered in two packages that you pick up at an agent. You will therefore receive two notifications about collecting the packages. Depending on how quickly the agent registers the packages, it can take up to a few hours between notifications. The packages are quite large and unwieldy so it is recommended to be two people if you have to carry them home on foot. If you are strong and persistent, you can take them yourself, but it is difficult.
