A heavy-duty genuine leather lifting belt equipped with the popular quick-release lever attachment. Belts with this quick-release buckle are commonly referred to as "lever belts".

The advantages over standard lifting belts include:
- It is much faster to buckle/unbuckle the belt. It only takes one movement in 1 second.
- It's easier to get it really tight if you want thanks to the lever principle.
- It is easy to put on/take off. You can sometimes see people at the gym having trouble tightening their regular belt tight. It then becomes even harder to take it off and sometimes you need the help of a buddy.
With this lifting belt you will be able to do more heavy basic exercises like the deadlift and squat! You will also protect your back and reduce the risk of injury.
The belt can be adjusted in 7 different positions using a standard Phillips screwdriver (not included). The belt is made of genuine leather and is 10 cm wide and 10 mm thick.
Size guide
Measure the circumference of your waist at the level of your navel and choose your belt accordingly:
- XS: 55-69 cm
- Small: 70-83 cm
- Medium: 84-103 cm
- Large: 104-120 cm
- XL: 121-137 cm
Example: If you have a 95 cm waist measurement, choose Medium.
NOTE: The size guide only indicates which belt you should choose. There is always a certain overlap between the sizes.

SEK 1200 cheaper than SBD and works great. The buckle seems to be good quality, very flexible to use. Will never use a belt without a quick release buckle again. Highly recommended if you want to save a few kroner on a brand.

Very good belt, easy to use. Great design. Would like a larger overlap of the sizes as I am in the middle between two sizes. I am 93cm in circumference around the belly and chose a belt in size. S. Fits now but may not be under a dent.
