A heavy-duty split leather lifting belt equipped with the popular quick-release lever attachment. Belts with this quick-release buckle are commonly referred to as "lever belts".

The advantages over standard lifting belts include:
- It is much faster to buckle/unbuckle the belt. It only takes one movement in 1 second.
- It's easier to get it really tight if you want thanks to the lever principle.
- It is easy to put on/take off. You can sometimes see people at the gym having trouble tightening their regular belt tight. It then becomes even harder to take it off and sometimes you need the help of a buddy.
With this lifting belt you will be able to do more heavy basic exercises like the deadlift and squat! You will also protect your back and reduce the risk of injury.
The belt can be adjusted in 7 different positions using a standard Phillips screwdriver (not included). The belt is made of genuine leather and is 10 cm wide and 10 mm thick.
Size guide
Measure the circumference of your waist at the level of your navel and choose your belt accordingly:
- XS: 55-71 cm
- Small: 72-87 cm
- Medium: 88-103 cm
- Large: 104-120 cm
- XL: 121-137 cm
Example: If you have a 95 cm waist measurement, choose Medium.
NOTE: The size guide only indicates which belt you should choose. There is always a certain overlap between the sizes.

First got a slightly defective product and was a little disappointed. But I have probably never experienced a more painless complaint. Had it been for the customer service alone, I would have wanted to give over 5 in ratings.
Description of the belt is completely correct. Strong and of reasonable quality for the price. Liver function is good and reliable. The belt is as it should be and provides good support for heavy lifting.
To the doubts. It is made of ” split leather ” which is laminated / glued. Two strong layers in the core and two thinner for the surface. If it is well done, it can last a long time. If it is poorly done, the leather can separate in the gluing over time. How it is with that thing knows but only after a few years. The seam is ok nice, but you have saved on the thread and the bobbin thread, towards the body, is thinner than the visible upper thread. What this means for durability over time also only becomes apparent after a little wear and tear. But overall, for the price, my first impression is good.
