A 20 kg weighted vest made of durable material for tough use.
Double Velcro straps for optimal fit and stability. The vest has removable weight bags that allow you to easily vary the weight between 1-20 kg. In total there are 38 bags weighing approximately 520 grams each.
It fits best on people over 178 cm. If you are shorter, we recommend buying the identical but smaller version, click here to access it.
Cleaning: we recommend hand washing, but it can be machine washed at 40 degrees as well. The only risk is that the foam rubber material around the weight bags will wear out faster then. Always take out all the weight bags when washing.

Super happy with my 20 kg west. The weight feels optimally distributed and the wide straps over the shoulders make it gentle on the shoulders. If you have not trained so much before, I would recommend 10kg.
