A 20 kg weighted vest made of durable material for tough use.
Double Velcro straps for optimal fit and stability. The vest has removable weight bags that allow you to easily vary the weight between 1-20 kg. In total there are 26 bags weighing approximately 750 grams each.
It fits best on people under 178 cm. If you are longer, we recommend buying the identical but bigger version, click here to access it.
Cleaning: we recommend hand washing, but it can be machine washed at 40 degrees as well. The only risk is that the foam rubber material around the weight bags will wear out faster then. Always take out all the weight bags when washing.

Bought this vest because of all the good reviews it got, unfortunately I don’t agree.. all the weight was on my shoulders and it was very uncomfortable. The soft velcro straps you tighten over the hard ones on the vest were half as short, so the vest was loose on the sides of my stomach, which made it hit my stomach when I walked. Plus is the mobile phone pocket, I have missed it on my previous weight vests. Unfortunately won’t be able to use this any more.. am 165 tall so assumed small would fit

Thank you for your review and sorry that you are not satisfied. It is a very heavy weight vest of 20 kg so the shoulders will definitely get a big load, there is no getting away from it. Then it’s different how uncomfortable it feels. For some, 20 kg or for that matter 30 kg is no problem, but for others 10 kg feels very heavy. It pretty much depends on what you weigh and how many extra % weight the vest adds to your weight. But one way to reduce the load on the shoulders is to use the straps to tighten the vest tighter around the stomach, so it relieves a bit of the load there. However, it can make it more difficult to breathe, so you have to weigh up what is most important for use (e.g. should you walk or jog?) and find a middle ground.
Now, however, it seems that you had a problem with the straps in particular, but I didn’t understand if the problem was that you couldn’t tighten them as much as you wanted or if it was something about it "sitting loose on the sides of the stomach" as you wrote, where I didn’t really understand what you meant. So feel free to develop that.
Regarding the straps, we have lengthened the velcro strap so that it can be tightened even more, so the vest also fits those who are very thin in the body. You may have received a Monday copy where the factory put a Velcro strap that was too short. I will contact you privately and you can send a picture of the straps and we will take the matter further from there. And of course you can cancel the purchase and get a refund if you are not satisfied with the vest!
Then regarding your height of 165 cm, the vest should fit very well for that height (as well as much shorter). But it doesn’t seem like the length is a problem without the straps. As an example, we have a model image on the product page where the model is 167 cm and is wearing a Small vest and you can see that it fits well and is not too long. We have customers who are well under 160 cm and are satisfied with these vests.

Have used the vest for a week with all weights in place, about 80 km. Nordic walking plus some running, as well as some walks with the weight vest in combination with a backpack. I weigh about 58 kg and am glad that I chose 20 kg, first pondered over the 10 kg variant, but it would have been far too easy.
Seems to be good quality, however, feels a little loose over the chest when running.

Have had the vest for 2 weeks now. It fits well despite my length of 170 cm. The extra weights sometimes fall off when I take off my vest, however, they may be that I do not fasten them correctly.
I wear the vest for several hours at home some days. Have also gone for a few walks with them. Are awesome in everyday contexts, but take some time to get used to when you sit and feel lumps against your back.
Can not comment on intensive training as I have not done any yet.
