The bag has removable weight bags that allow you to easily vary the weight between 1-5 kg.

Cleaning: we recommend hand washing, but it can be machine washed at 40 degrees as well. The only risk is that the foam rubber material around the weight bags will wear out faster then. Always remove all weight bags when washing.
